Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We reserve the right to inspect the product before issuing a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
